Rates include VAT, fuel, comprehensive insurance, maintenance and 24-hour assistance. There are no additional costs for the use of the vehicles.
The hours between 11:00 pm and 7:00 am have a 50% discount on the hourly rate.
A reservation for a whole day is equivalent to 12 hours usage.
Kilometer pricing is adjusted to changes in fuel prices by means of surcharges or discounts.
In the case of inappropriate use of the car (delay in its return, leaving dirt on the car, etc..) the surcharges presented in the User Guide will be applied in order to ensure a responsible and considerate use of vehicles, to the benefit of all users of the service.
Billing will depend on the journeys made, taking into account the number of kilometers and hours travelled.
